Skinderskovvej:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lokalplanomr\u00e5det ligger i landzone og skal forblive i landzone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Naturbeskyttelsesloven foreskriver en streng beskyttelse af en r\u00e6kke dyre- og plantearter, som er anf\u00f8rt i Habitatsdirektivets bilag IV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lokalplanen for omr\u00e5det omkring Skinderskovvej og Tibbevangen har til form\u00e5l at bevare omr\u00e5dets kvaliteter i kraft af omr\u00e5det placering i den gr\u00f8nne kile &#8211; Hjortespringkilen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For at bevare det natursk\u00f8nne omr\u00e5de i Hjortespringkilen, som skal friholdes for un\u00f8dvendig bebyggelse og lignende, er der udarbejdet bestemmelser for at begr\u00e6nse opf\u00f8relse af garager og carporte. Der m\u00e5 kun etableres 2 parkeringspladser p\u00e5 hver grund, hvoraf den ene kan v\u00e6re carport\/garage (max. 35 m2). Placering af carporte og garager skal ske v\u00e6k fra vejen, for at sikre det gr\u00f8nne gennemg\u00e5ende pr\u00e6g.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e5 Skinderskovvej kan et omr\u00e5de p\u00e5 max. 35 m2 bef\u00e6stes (h\u00e5rd bel\u00e6gning) til parkering samt et areal p\u00e5 20 m2 til terrasse eller lignende.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bebyggelsesprocenten fasts\u00e6ttes til max. 30 &#8211; dog max. 250 m2 for den enkelte ejendom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Husene m\u00e5 max. opf\u00f8res i 1\u00bd plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ved hegn i naboskel og i skel til vej skal der v\u00e6re levende hegn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>https:\/\/dokument.plandata.dk\/20_1132985_APPROVED_1246351850441.pdf Grundejerforeningen \u00f8nsker at fremh\u00e6ve f\u00f8lgende i lokalplanen vedr.
